Role and Responsibilities

An Identity Management Analyst will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and improvement of client’s identity and access management (IAM) systems. This role is crucial in safeguarding the organization's digital identities, ensuring that only authorized individuals have access to sensitive information and works closely with various business units to implement robust identity management solutions and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IAM systems, ensuring they are up-to-date and configured as per best practices and addressing any discrepancies or issues.
• Collaborate and work closely with other Identity SMEs and IT teams to integrate SailPoint with in-scope applications.
• Administer and maintain both Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, including lifecycle management and group policies.
