Position Overview
Securitas are seeking a detail‑oriented, customer‑focused **Identity & Access Management Specialist** to support our corporate security credentialing operations. This role is responsible for processing employee and contractor badges, managing access permissions, maintaining credentialing systems, and providing exceptional service to internal clients.
You will work closely with HR, Facilities, Security, and onboarding teams to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant access provisioning across multiple systems.
Location: Freehold, NJ
$19.00 an hour
Shift days: Monday to Friday
Time: 10:30am to 7:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
Credentialing & Access Control
· Process and fulfill badge and access card requests for employees, contractors, and vendors.
· Retrieve, edit, and manage headshot photos and cardholder information.
· Create and update records in multiple credentialing and access control systems.
