• Operate, administer, and continuously improve Identity & Access Management (IAM) systems, with a focus on SailPoint ISC.
• Manage and maintain SailPoint ISC components within SaaS environments.
• Monitor system health, connectors, workflows, and integrations, proactively resolving issues.
• Manage access control policies, roles, authentication flows, and integrations with other systems.
• Maintain integrations with directories, HR systems, Active Directory, Entra ID, SAP modules, ServiceNow, and SIEM tools.
