YOUR MISSION
• Provide 1st and 2nd line support for incidents, service requests and user enquiries
• Support Microsoft Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 environments
• Manage user accounts and access rights in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
• Support remote users through VPN, Microsoft Teams and collaboration tools
• Handle and resolve tickets using IT Service Management processes
• Maintain and contribute to knowledge base documentation
• Support mobile devices and end-user workplace technologies
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
