Position Overview
Key Responsibilities: - Develop Design Reports for the various stages of the project.
- Prepare high level cost estimates.
- Design and develop technical specification for building services systems, including:
- Fire Detection and Voice Evacuation Systems
- Audio Visual and Background Music
- Data and Structured Cabling Networks
- PABX and communication systems
- Building Management Systems (BMS)
- Guest Room Management Systems (GRMS)
- Security and CCTV
- Internet Protocol Television (IPTV)
- High Voltage Fence
- Smart Buildings (IOT)
- Develop detailed and coordinated service drawings and layouts using AutoCAD (Revit/BIM skills are a plus).
