ICF Incorporated, LLC: Enterprise Atlassian Administrator– Reston, VA

**DUTIES:**

+ Lead the architecture and administration of ICF’s Atlassian Enterprise Cloud environment
+ Provide technical expertise administering multiple business critical instances of Jira, Confluence, Access, and various plugin applications in the Atlassian Enterprise cloud.
+ Assess business needs and make decisions on consolidation of Jira and Confluence instances under ICF enterprise environment.
+ Develop and support Jira integrations with other applications like ServiceNow, GitHub and Azure DevOps
+ Proficient in third party add-on research & evaluation, defining security & governance and installation, administration of defined apps.
+ Conduct recurring governance meetings to review proposed global changes, plugin requests and proposed governance process.
