About the role:

We are seeking a high‑potential IBP & Workforce Planning Analyst to play a key role in strengthening and evolving our Integrated Business Planning (IBP) capability. This is a high‑impact role that goes beyond coordination, offering the opportunity to embed best‑in‑class planning disciplines, influence strategic decision‑making, and shape the future of IBP and workforce planning across the organisation.

Working closely with the IBP Lead , you will act as a trusted partner in delivering the IBP operating cadence while driving continuous improvement in how we plan, forecast, and make informed business decisions.
