We are looking for an experienced IBM i Systems (AS400) Administrator to join our team in Madrid.
Responsibilities
Operate and support IBM i infrastructure across multiple environments (PROD, QAL, TEST, DEV)
Resolve L2/L3 infrastructure incidents within SLA
Perform proactive monitoring and preventive maintenance
Execute backup, restore, rollover and annual DR tests
Manage infrastructure changes, patching and upgrades
Maintain documentation including CMDB, runbooks and architecture
Manage tickets and incidents using ServiceNow ITSM
Participate in governance meetings and knowledge transfer activities
Required Technical Skills
AIX Operating System
DB2 on IBM i
BRMS (Backup & Recovery)
Replication tools such as MIMIX or iTera
