Identity Access Management (IAM) Technology Manager

As a preferred supplier to one of our biggest Clients, I am seeking for a Identity Access Management (IAM) Technology Manager for a position in Greater London (UK) . This role is critical in strengthening our identity security posture, driving the transition from legacy systems (OpenAM, LDAP, MS AD) toward a modern, cloud-first architecture built around Microsoft Entra ID. Acting as the bridge between Information Security, IT Operations, and Engineering, you will ensure our platforms are secure by design, strictly compliant, and deeply embedded with Zero Trust principles

Responsibilities

• Define and drive a secure, future-ready AM product roadmap aligned with our global IT and cybersecurity strategies.
• Ensure total compliance, risk mitigation, and secure configurations across all AM components to mitigate end-to-end cybersecurity risks.
