Position Overview
Job Responsibilities - Perform HVAC cooling and heating load calculations and energy analysis.
- Design HVAC systems, including chilled water, air-side, and VRF/VRV systems.
- Select and size HVAC equipment such as chillers, AHUs, FCUs, cooling towers, pumps, and ventilation systems.
- Prepare HVAC design drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Design ductwork and piping systems, including airflow and hydraulic calculations.
- Conduct airflow analysis, system balancing, and performance optimization.
- Coordinate HVAC designs with architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection disciplines.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, and vendor technical proposals.
- Support project planning, cost estimation, and budget control.
- Monitor HVAC installation works and ensure compliance with design specifications, codes, and standards.
