Busy Sheet Metal Shop seeking an experienced Shop Foreman with great leadership skills (mentoring, procedures, accountability). Candidate must have solid experience with Vicon Plasma table and associated Software, as well as other Shop machinery. Communication skills (bilingual preferred) and organizational skills (scheduling, costing) are very important. Job will entail managing inventory, staff and costs for a high volume shop with 15-20 staff. Focus on Safety is very important. This is an excellent opportunity in a Union Shop with great salary and benefits. Salary is commensurate with experience.
