**Talent Acquisition & Onboarding**

+ Coordinate recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
+ Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new colleagues and trainees.
+ Support employer branding initiatives that position the hotel as an Employer of Choice.
+ Maintain recruitment records and provide regular hiring updates.

**Colleague Experience & Engagement**

+ Support the planning and execution of colleague engagement activities, recognition programs, and hotel celebrations.
+ Foster a positive workplace culture aligned with IHG values and behaviors.
+ Assist in promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives.
+ Serve as a trusted point of contact for colleague inquiries and concerns.

**Human Resources Administration**
