Summary The HR Specialist is aligned under the Veterans Health Administration, Workforce Management and Consulting Office (WMCO 10A2), Human Resources Center of Expertise (HRCoE), Consult, Assist, Review, Develop and Sustain (CARDS). This position functions to inform legislative and policy development and perform oversight and compliance, process improvement, consultative advisory services, and training in the human resources disciplines. Responsibilities This position serves as the Human Resources Specialist for WMC, HRCoE, CARDS. Dedicated areas of responsibility include but are not limited to CARDS reviews of staffing, recruitment, placement, classification, position management, employee and labor relations, compensation, and other pertinent human resources areas of expertise.
