This role will ensure standardized, compliant local operation and deliver stable talent support & efficient office administration.

1. Talent Recruitment & Staffing

• Develop diversified local & overseas recruitment channels.
• Execute full recruitment processes including interview arrangement, candidate evaluation and salary negotiation.
• Ensure sufficient and high-quality talent supply to meet company manpower demands.

2. Local HR Compliance & Employee Lifecycle Management
