Position Overview

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training programs.
  • Support employee relations and address workplace issues.
  • Administer benefits and compensation programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
