Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training programs.
- Support employee relations and address workplace issues.
- Administer benefits and compensation programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
- Familiarity with local labor laws, government permit processing (AEP, VISA), and compliance procedures.
- Adaptability or ability to easily adjust with minor supervision.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Can perform timekeeping and payroll process.
- Familiar with General Affairs activities.
