The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as an Air National Guard (ANG) Military Personnel Tier II program administrator and subject matter expert of ANG Accessions Program. Plans, develops, and establishes program guidance, assessments, requirements, and advisory services for the Air Force-wide program to external and internal customers. Responsibilities Program administrator and subject matter expert of Air National Guard (ANG) military accession program. Leads and or conducts initiatives to improve program and or influence policy changes for assigned functional areas that typically involve long-range, highly complex, and often sensitive topics.
