Position Overview
We are seeking a specialist who is comfortable communicating with partners at various levels within RGP and with clients, including executives. The role will provide frontline, day-to-day support in administering human resources policies and programs covering a broad range of HR topics including background checks, on-boarding, training & development, employee lifecycle events, and policy interpretation for their assigned market.
Base Pay Range: $49,000 - $62,000

+ Respond to HR Support Services (HRSS) inquiries in a timely and professional manner that is consistent with the department’s goal of service delivery excellence.
+ Process and audit employee information and status updates in a timely manner in HRIS system.
