Responsible for and manage Human Resource functions such as payroll management, recruitment, compensation & benefits, industrial relations, training, and development, participation with manpower, planning, performance management, and employee relations.

- File all related documents.
- Manage and ensure all employee database is accurate and up-to-date.
- Monitor probation periods and confirmation dates for probationers.
- Oversee orientation for new staff, registration, and related procedures & documentation.
- Review and develop Company Policy & Procedures Employee Handbook (HR Policies, Procedures, and Manual).
