This is an 18-month fixed term specialist role, working within the Human Resources team and reporting to the HR Manager. You will lead and deliver core initiatives to strengthen HR foundations — including the implementation and embedding of a new HRIS, the refresh of people policies and employment documentation, and the development of clear frameworks for delegation, capability, and remuneration.
