POSITION SUMMARY

To provide a comprehensive confidential Human Resource service to the hotel to support achievement of the business goals and strategies whilst developing and maintaining positive internal and external customer relationships with Associates and Managers

A supervisory role responsible for executing the System related enhancement relating to Onex HRMS Project Tree Oasys and all also assistance with mhub. Furthermore from Payroll perspective will be the lead driver and facilitator for Payroll Process and ensure that is flawless operation

Will furthermore assist with all generic Human Resources tasks as per the department operation and helps drive company values and philosophy. Ensures compliance with applicable regulations and Standard Operating Procedures.
