Duties and Responsibilities: As the HR Manager you will need to have a good understanding of the labour law to cover the following functions:
- Compliance and employee relations
- Recruitment and talent acquisition including the onboarding and off boarding process
- Cultural initiatives
- Change management
- Employee recognition and incentive structures
