Key Responsibilities

• Establish, lead and mature the HR function in South Africa.
• Manage complex employee relations matters, including disciplinary processes and workforce compliance.
• Provide operational HR support in a fast‑paced, growing business.
• Engage with labour unions, shop stewards and bargaining councils.
• Oversee workforce compliance, health and safety, and site compliance.
• Drive recruitment, onboarding and workforce scaling.
