Role Summary Carpetizers is looking for an experienced and hands-on HR Manager to manage manpower planning, hiring, employee discipline, attendance, leave tracking, onboarding, and HR operations.
The role is important because we need someone who can bring structure, discipline, and proper execution of HR processes. The HR Manager will work closely with the operations team to ensure that the required manpower, especially Machine Operators and Helpers , is available on time and that employees follow company policies properly.
