In this newly created role, the Human Resources Manager, Business Advisory Services reports directly to the Chief People Officer and is a key member of the HR leadership team. A key focus for the role will be strategic oversight of HR advisory services, including employee and labour relations, policies, people development programs, workforce planning, and compliance.
The Manager leads a team of six individuals and works in close partnership with employees, leaders, senior executives, City Council, and bargaining unit executives.
