Responsibilities Align HR strategy with business objectives and position HR as a strategic business partner. Provide expert HR advisory services and ensure consistent HR support across business units. Lead talent management initiatives, including succession planning and retention strategies. Manage recruitment processes and oversee graduate programme compliance and execution. Drive performance management processes and monitor transformation and diversity objectives.
