**Role Overview**

Sodexo is seeking an experienced **Human Resources Manager 3** to support frontline and management staff at **UT Health Tyler hospitals** in **Tyler, TX** . This role ensures compliance with Sodexo policies and focuses on employee engagement and retention. Responsibilities include employee relations, investigations and documentation, performance management, labor relations, leave administration, workers’ compensation, and recruiting and onboarding. The ideal candidate is a proactive HR professional with strong attention to detail and communication skills.
