Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to support a short-term Contract assignment in Van Nuys, California. This role will focus on organizing employee records, verifying documentation, and assisting with onboarding-related paperwork in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The assignment is expected to last at least two weeks, with the potential to continue until the project is completed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review a high volume of employee files each day to confirm records are complete and properly organized.
• File and maintain licenses, certifications, and other personnel documents with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Examine HR records for missing forms or incomplete paperwork and flag items that require follow-up.
