Role Objectives

The Human Resources Generalist plays a key role in supporting core HR operations across the employee lifecycle and is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations. This position ensures compliance with company policies, employment laws and legislation, drives efficient HR processes and contributes to a positive and engaged workplace culture. This role requires a highly organized, resourceful problem-solver with a strong judgment, attention to detail, proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset, with a passion for people.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing and interview coordination and agency liaison
• Lead onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless employee experience
