Job summary:
Provide Human Resource expertise in support of the Human Resources Business Partner team, and to the business in associate relations, compensation, benefits, Affirmative Action, associate development, and performance and talent management.
Essential duties:
Act as the point of contact for respective business groups as it relates to various HR related processes and guidelines.Recommend courses of action and alternatives to managers regarding situations/issues which may have legal liabilities and to proactively develop appropriate measures and tools to improve situations. Assist in the development of company policies/guidelines and counsel managers/associates in areas such as sexual harassment, policy violations, performance improvement, associate engagement, retention, work related issues, career development and benefits.
