Act as trusted HR expert for all FORVIA employees in your perimeter
Manage the organizational structure and the recruitment process
Manage all operational administrative tasks regarding HR topics
Execute local and integral HR initiatives like employee surveys, Employer Branding initiatives, employee events and change projects
Coordination of the external HR service providers
Oversee and supervise the onboarding, training and employee development processes
