Overview
The HR Generalist supports aligning the FORVIA people strategy with local business needs. You will act as an administrative HR expert and be the trusted go-to partner for FORVIA employees in your perimeter. You are the strategic partner for your business stakeholders, working on setting priorities, driving values, and delivering business results.
Responsibilities
- Act as trusted HR expert for all FORVIA employees in your perimeter
- Manage the organizational structure and the recruitment process
- Manage all operational administrative tasks regarding HR topics
- Execute local and integral HR initiatives such as employee surveys, employer branding initiatives, employee events, and change projects
- Coordinate external HR service providers
