Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support a wide range of HR functions. This role will be responsible for assisting with employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, compliance, and HR operations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality. This position includes:
+ Support day-to-day HR operations and serve as a point of contact for employees and managers
+ Administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes
+ Assist with recruiting activities, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications
+ Maintain employee records and ensure HRIS data accuracy
+ Help administer benefits, leave programs, and policy interpretation
