Position Overview
Job Title: Human Resources Generalist (Onsite)
Location: East Hanover, NJ
Hours: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm | Pay: 30 - 48.5/hr
* 3 month contract * Job Duties:
- Use Fragomen Portal to audit electronic I-9s
- Work directly and communicate with Managers, Employees & HR via e-mail or verbally to complete and audit I-9s.
Qualifications:
- Knowledgable about US Government I-9 Form and requirements of the regulations required.
- Computer skills and excellent excel skills to be able to do Pivot Tables, VLookUps, a lot of data manupliation, look up information, review reports etc.
- Confidentiality is a must. You will be dealing with employee personal prviate information (passports, Social Security Cards, Drivers Licenses etc.)
