With operations spanning from Dubai to Africa across Manufacturing, Retail, and Ship Chandelling, we have recently implemented a robust organizational architecture. We are looking for a highly capable HR Generalist to own the day-to-day execution of our HR operations.

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be the primary point of contact for employee relations, system administration, and policy compliance across our international business units.

What You Will Do:

• HR Operations & Systems: Champion our HRMS. You will manage employee data, ensure our corporate grading matrix is accurately reflected, and generate key HR reports.
