Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Provide HR support in recruitment process and updates;
- Prepare employment and resignation related correspondence letters;
- Perform payroll administration and updates employee’s database timely;
- Check staff claims, allowances, and reimbursements;
- Handle ISO administration and requirement process (Training & Development);
- Assist superior and line managers in dealing with grievances and disciplinary issues;
- Handle foreign work pass application, renewal, and procedures.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent;
- At least 3 years or more of direct hands-on HR experience, preferably in General HR function;
- Familiar with Sarawak Labour Ordinance, Employment Act, and statutory employment bodies and foreign work pass regulations and procedures;
