The Human Resources Consultant supports the operational and strategic human resource needs of 3sHealth and serves as a consultant to support our service lines for shared services. This role will provide a full range of human resource services, including talent acquisition/management, departmental restructuring, team facilitation, conflict resolution, accommodation and return to work support, ensuring adherence to corporate policies and procedures, streamlining and finding efficiencies with existing processes/procedures, and more. The successful candidate will also be able to contribute to various provincial and internal project work.
