SUMMARY:
Human Resources Business Partner POSITION INFO:
To work closely with the Company’s senior leaders in order to develop an HR agenda that closely supports the overall aim/s of the Company. The HRBP is fully dedicated to their internal clients, their needs, and their duties. The HRBP helps to develop and implement better people management practices and shares the responsibility for the goal sand targets. Duties:

• Strategy and Translation
• People Management Consulting and Process Execution

Requirements:

• NQF Level: Grade 12
• B Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
• Industrial Psychology qualification (Preferred)

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• At least 5 years HR Consulting experience
• Experience in working with SLA’s and deployed services environment
• Experience working with direct reports
