Based in New York City, this role is responsible for the day-to-day execution of HR support for store teams, with a strong focus on employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and consistent application of company policies. This is a highly operational role requiring a partner who is comfortable working directly with store managers, handling employee issues in real time, and ensuring HR practices are executed consistently across locations.
