Tasks
Optimize performance management and succession planning programs. Deploy competency models and leadership development programs. Design and facilitate development journeys and workshops for managers. Strengthen organizational culture and employee engagement (climate diagnostics, action plans, culture–strategy alignment). Modernize and harmonize HR practices and policies. Monitor HR indicators and implement structured tools. Act as a strategic HR point of contact for managers and their teams. Support workforce planning and role clarification.
