We are seeking a dynamic and culturally aware HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our operations in Malaysia and serve as a strategic partner to business leaders across multiple countries, ensuring HR practices align with regional needs and local labor laws. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in Malaysia labor law , a deep understanding of local cultures, and the ability to work across diverse geographies and teams.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certification or Master’s degree is a plus).
• 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 6 years in a business partner or regional HR role.
• At least 3 years of experience managing and leading a team.
• Experience operating in a multi-country regional HR role.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is a strong plus.
