The HR Business Partner serves as the primary HR lead for the Industrials segment across Europe, reporting to the Director, HR Industrial. This role partners closely with Industrials EU leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, strengthen leadership and team capability, and enable business performance.

This is a strategic, hands-on role operating across multiple countries and complex regulatory environments. The position plays a key role in supporting the continued scaling of the European Industrials organization and advancing growth and transformation priorities, while aligning global HR strategy with regional business needs and local requirements.
