We are looking for a Bilingual HRBP to lead all HR processes in a growing bilingual BPO environment (Advanced English Level Required).
This role is idóneo for a hands‑on HR Business partner who enjoys owning the full employee lifecycle, partnering closely with leadership, and building people processes that support both business goals and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Human Resources processes end-to-end
- Work hand to hand with all companies stakeholders.
- Recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
- Employee relations, engagement, and wellbeing
- Labor compliance and HR administration
- HR reporting and people metrics
- SG‑SST coordination
- Supervision of HR intern
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
- Postgraduate in Human Talent Management is highly valued
