About the role -
We are seeking an astute and ambitious Human Resources Associate . The HR Associate will primarily support the organization's HR operations by ensuring smooth and accurate employee documentation, record management, contract administration, onboarding and offboarding coordination, and maintenance of attendance and leave records.

The role requires strong attention to detail, comfort with both online and offline documentation, and the ability to coordinate effectively with employees and internal teams to ensure timely completion of HR processes.
