HR Advisor – Heathrow (12-Month Maternity Cover)

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our client’s team in Heathrow on a 12-month fixed-term contract to provide maternity leave cover . This role will support operational HR activities, with a strong focus on Employee Relations (ER) and Industrial Relations (IR).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance matters
• Support industrial relations activities, including supply chain audits and compliance with industry working rule agreements
• Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees
