Position Overview
Job Description - A Business Partner role, overseeing both full HR spectrum and facilities management.
- Responsible for HR matters of both domestic and regional branch office.
- Oversees overseas talent management and recruitment activities, including salary proposal and onboarding.
- Conducts annual performance evaluation and salary review exercise.
- Reviews and provides advice on succession planning.
- Plans and organizes training and development activities for employees.
- Ensures sensitive HR activities timeline are fulfilled timely, i.e. contract renewal, confirmations.
- Reviews company policies to be in line with MOM Employment Act and government requirements.
- Conducts and reviews yearly Employees' Opinion Survey (EOS).
- Handles grievances and disciplinary cases when necessary.
- Involves in global initiatives implemented by Headquarters.
