Position Overview
- Prepare/Draft Organizational structure by updating job requirements and respective Job Description for all positions.
- Write directives advising department heads of the organization of company policy regarding equal employment opportunities, compensation and employee’s benefits.
- Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures and programs.
- Consults legal counsel to ensure that the policies comply with DOLE.
- Maintain & conduct of human resources staff in management training, interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance evaluations safety etc.
- Ensuring planning, monitoring and appraisal or work results by training personnel to coach and discipline employees, schedule meeting conference with employees, hearing and resolving employee’s grievances.
- Coaching & Counseling of employees.
- Advices Management in appropriate resolution of employee’s relation issues.
