Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety etc.
- Act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development etc
- Serve as the point of contact for employment relations and communicate with labor unions
- Anticipate and resolve litigation risks
- Report to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics,
- Overseeing all HR initiatives, systems and tactics
- Working knowledge in key facets of HR Management (Employee Relations, Labor Relations, C&B, Health & Safety, Data Management, Engagement and etc.)
- Extensive knowledge and experience on Corporate Compliance and Labor Laws
- Working experience in BPO industry standards is required.
Qualifications
- College Graduate in Any Field; Preferably of Human Resources related course <...
