Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment Support Assist in posting job openings on job portals and social media Screen resumes and shortlist candidates Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates Help conduct initial HR interviews 2. Onboarding & Employee Records Assist in onboarding new hires (documentation, orientation) Maintain employee records and HR databases Ensure employee files are updated and organized 3. HR Administration Support day-to-day HR operations Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, and reports Assist in payroll data preparation (if applicable) 4. Employee Engagement Help organize employee engagement activities and events Support internal communication initiatives Assist in surveys and feedback collection 5.
