Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes. Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and MOM matters. Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation. Coordinate payroll, employee benefits, CPF, insurance, and WICA claims. Manage foreign worker matters, including dormitory, levies, and repatriation. Coordinate training programs, CoreTrade, Multi-Skilling, and safety-related courses. Ensure compliance with MOM, BCA, WSH, and company policies. Support employee relations, engagement activities, and HR administration. Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in the construction industry. Familiar with Singapore employment laws, MOM regulations, and work pass administration. Experience managing foreign workers and payroll administration.
