Position Overview
Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Human Resource Executive Job Responsibilities - Provide HR support and guidance to stakeholders to strengthen organisational development, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.
- Review and enhance HR policies, procedures, and processes to ensure compliance with employment legislation and tripartite guidelines.
- Manage recruitment activities, including coordination with recruitment agencies, direct sourcing, onboarding, and orientation of new employees.
